If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened products unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

How to return

  1. Contact us with your order number.
  2. We'll arrange a collection or send return instructions.
  3. Once received, we refund within 5 working days.

Damaged or wrong items

Let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
